COLLECTIONS

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your request is approved or declined.

• Shipping fees apply: EGP 100 for returns and exchanges — unless the item is damaged or not as described, in which case all costs are covered by us.

• Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 3-5 business days after the courier confirms receipt of the returned item.

• Sale items are non-refundable. They may only be exchanged.

• يمكنك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وغير مغسول، وفي حالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي.

• تتم مراجعة طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع عادةً خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل، وسيتم إخبارك عبر البريد الإلكتروني بمجرد الموافقة على الطلب أو رفضه.

• تُطبق رسوم شحن قدرها 100 جنيه مصري على طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع، ما لم يكن المنتج تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن الوصف، وفي هذه الحالة نتحمل جميع التكاليف.

• يتم رد المبلغ (إن وُجد) خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد شركة الشحن استلام المنتج المرتجع.

• المنتجات المخفضة أو المعروضة ضمن التخفيضات غير قابلة للاسترجاع، ولكن يمكن استبدالها فقط.
